Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using any part of the Homyva platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Service Description

Homyva is a cloud-based property management platform designed for short-term rental hosts. It provides tools for calendar synchronization with Airbnb and Booking.com, booking management, team coordination, task automation, and revenue analytics.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating an account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must be at least 18 years of age to use the service. Notify us immediately at tln.najmeddine@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

4. Subscription Plans

Homyva offers a Free plan (up to 2 properties at no cost) and a Pro plan (unlimited properties at 299 MAD/month). A full description of each plan's features is available on our pricing page. We reserve the right to modify pricing with at least 30 days' prior notice. Continued use of the service after a pricing change constitutes acceptance of the new price.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Homyva to: violate any applicable laws or regulations; infringe the intellectual property or privacy rights of others; transmit harmful, offensive, or fraudulent content; attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts; or interfere with the operation of the platform in any way.

6. Intellectual Property

The Homyva name, logo, platform design, and software are owned by Homyva and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain full ownership of all content and data you input into the platform (property information, bookings, etc.). You grant us a limited license to process and store this data solely to provide the service.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Homyva is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. Use of the service is at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Homyva and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including loss of revenue, loss of data, or business interruption, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Termination

You may cancel your account and stop using the service at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without notice if you violate these Terms of Service or engage in conduct harmful to the platform or other users.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Casablanca, Morocco.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms of Service from time to time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice of material changes via email or through the platform. Your continued use of Homyva after such notice constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
