Refund Policy
This policy explains when and how you can request a refund for your Homyva Pro subscription.

This Refund Policy governs payments made to Homyva for Pro plan subscriptions. As a Merchant of Record, our payment provider Paddle (paddle.com) processes all transactions. By subscribing to the Pro plan, you agree to this Refund Policy.
2. Free Plan — No Charges
The Free plan is provided at no cost. No credit card is required, and no payment is ever charged for Free plan usage. This Refund Policy applies only to paid Pro plan subscriptions.
3. Pro Plan Billing
The Pro plan is billed in US Dollars (USD): $16.99/month (monthly billing) or $152.99/year (annual billing). Payments are processed securely by Paddle. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date.
4. Refund Eligibility
You are eligible for a full refund if you request it within 14 days of your initial subscription charge. To request a refund, contact us at tln.najmeddine@gmail.com within this window. After 14 days, subscription fees are non-refundable. There are no prorated refunds for unused time within a billing period.
5. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time from your account's billing settings. Upon cancellation, your Pro access remains active until the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged for subsequent periods. Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund of fees already paid unless you are within the 14-day eligibility window.
6. Exceptional Circumstances
At our sole discretion, we may issue refunds outside the standard eligibility window in cases of significant platform unavailability, billing errors, or duplicate charges. If you believe you have been incorrectly charged, contact us promptly at tln.najmeddine@gmail.com.
7. Chargebacks & Disputes
All payment disputes are managed by Paddle as the Merchant of Record. If you have a billing question, we strongly recommend contacting us first at tln.najmeddine@gmail.com before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension.
